It is not synonymous with religion. It is not a “feel good” or “fast food” mind set. Spirituality is when an individual feels one with all of Creation. You and I are one. The consumer and the consumed are one and the same. When all discrimination and prejudice dissipate, comparisons stop, and the ego melts, spirituality becomes manifest.

Is it not the ultimate pursuit? To find it, one has to have a clear definition as well as the spiritual concepts. It can not be happiness if its momentary, erratic, or ends up in suffering or let down. Happiness can not be mistaken for excitement or pleasure, since they are sense based and potentially bound by risky consequences, therefore, concepts such as joy, contentment, and emotional equanimity are crucial.
