It can not be happiness if its momentary, erratic, or ends up in suffering or let down. Happiness can not be mistaken for excitement or pleasure, since they are sense based and potentially bound by risky consequences, therefore, concepts such as joy, contentment, and emotional equanimity are crucial.</p>
